Our volunteers offer befriending-style support — a listening ear, encouragement and companionship. They are not counsellors, medical professionals or advice workers, but they can be a friendly face while you find your feet. Support can take place virtually — by phone, video or message — so you can access it from anywhere.

Your referral is confidential and can be withdrawn at any time. If you are in immediate danger, please call your local emergency department. For Her, From Her is not an emergency service.
